Emotional Freedom Technique, known as EFT is psychological therapy which makes use of pressure points. EFT helps to balance your mental, emotional and psychological behaviours. Considered as a transformational tool it will help you in your daily busy routines specially when you are overly stress or emotionally affected. It helps to balance your level of energies and keeping you morally and mentally fit.
Emotional Freedom Technique is also an alternative medicine which includes acupuncture, the neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine as well as Thought Field Therapy (TFT).

the “Third eye point“ is located in the middle of forehead and it increases psychic vision.
The “Inner Eye Points” are where every acupressure meridian enters the brain
The “Under Eye points” address fear.
Steps to follow: You can do this anywhere and any time you want balance your energy, whenever you are stressed out, angry, frustrated. All you need to do is to relax. Be positive and believe in what you are going to do to release out negative energies. Else it will not work out in a positive way. You can call your Spirit Guides or Ascended Masters whenever you will perform this.
Close your eyes and relax. Breathe in and Breathe out slowly releasing all negative energies out.
As shown above, hold the points lightly.
Your thumb and ring finger (fourth one) hold the inner eye points.
Now, Your forefinger and middle finger rest at the corners of the third eye. Concentrate on your third eye and continue to relax. Feel your heart beats and pay attention to the tingling sensation that you might be feeling deep inside.
Now, thump (with your other hand) your thymus (center of chest right above the heart) say, “Balance and Energize”
Continue to hold the points and meditate a while. Tell your favourite Spirit Guides or Ascended Masters or Angels a small request as you want in your own words. For example you can tell them to remove blockages in your path, to balance your aura / energy, to inspire you daily, to send positive vibes on your path.
Be receptive to the blessings that God will send on your path.
Be grateful to what you have in life.
