Type of meditation

When I started meditation, it took me time to have a clear focus.  It doesn’t matter if you tend to think other things while meditating. In meditation, you are alone and you can think of numerous things.  But note do not have negative thoughts. Here some five type of meditation that will help you change your life for the best if you are a beginner.
1. Gratitude Meditation

Find a comfortable place, sit down or lay down in your bed and close your eyes.  Relax and focus on your breaths relaxing all muscles and ligaments, your whole body.  You

can chant ‘OM’ 3 times if you wish.  Slowly recall all things you have in life, including you. Start by saying thank you to life, to everything you got / achieved in the past. Then shift
to your present moment and be grateful to everything you have now.  Feel the emotions as they flow and smile. Pause a bit and relax. Then shift to the future and be grateful to
all the things you wish to have as if you already got them.  Bless your future.   Remain in this mode for few while and keep meditating.

2. Visualization Meditation

The visualization technique is one of the best type of meditation that can definitely change your life.  Find a comfortable place, sit down or lay down in your bed and close your eyes.
Relax and focus on your breaths relaxing all muscles and ligaments, your whole body.  You can chant ‘OM’ 3 times if you wish.  You still will be awaken aware of the
environment around you.  Here you will mentally be more focus on imagining events.  It can be sending healing to a past life, or to a past event, the present moment and the
future.  So, as you relax, set what you intend to do. Then proceed to imagining how you want things to occur.  In this meditation, you are the director and you are directing the
scenes the way you want. If in the past, you could not change something. You can heal it.

3. Forgiveness Meditation
This type of meditation can also allow you to cut cords from those people who hurt you. Find a comfortable place, sit down or lay down in your bed and close your eyes.  Relax and focus on your breaths relaxing all muscles and ligaments, your whole body.  You can chant ‘OM’ 3 times if you wish.   As you relax, think of the person and see him/her before you in your mind’s eye and look into their eyes.  Be daring and say to them, “I forgive you,” as you breathe in, followed by, “you are free now,” as you breathe out.  Then visualize the invisible cords which were linked to you both are not cut and you both are free from this wound.  Smile and say thank you for this process.  If you still feel you are not okay, repeat the process and say: ‘’I am breaking all etheric cords that are keeping me from moving ahead happily.’’  Relax and meditate a few while the way you want.

4. Abundance Meditation
In this meditation, you can visualize you are living an abundance life.  You are not only focusing into having more money.  Remember money is only God into action.  Find a comfortable place, sit down or lay down in your bed and close your eyes.  Relax and focus on your breaths relaxing all muscles and ligaments, your whole body.  You can chant ‘OM’ 3 times if you wish.  You can use various affirmations in this meditation and visualize things the way you want once again.

5. Unconditional Love Meditation
In this meditation, you intend mostly to send healing to the world, people in need of healing and love as well as abundance.   Find a comfortable place, sit down or lay down in your bed and close your eyes.  Relax and focus on your breaths relaxing all muscles and ligaments, your whole body.  You can chant ‘OM’ 3 times if you wish.   Relax and visualize sending healing to yourself first.  You can summon your favorite angels or Deity to support you.  Then visualize sending healing to your country and it is expanding to all countries.  Imagine the rays of love and light expanding to everyone and smile.
